Merlot, one of the noble grape varieties, has been cultivated in Alto Adige for more than a hundred years. The grapes for this fruity and zesty wine, with its typical light vegetal notes, are harvested from selected vineyards.

Traditional fermentation of the must, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, short period of maturation in the bottle

Color: deep ruby
Aroma: fruity aromas of dark berries, light spicy notes, dark chocolate and a hint of hay
Taste: expressive, full-flavored, with a soft well-balanced structure
Food pairing
Grilled or roasted red meats, game and medium-aged cheeses
Alcohol: 14 % vol
