Vinification
After traditional fermentation of the must in stainless steel, the young wine matures in large oak barrels and in the bottle.

Color: dark ruby to garnet
Aroma: fruity aromas of blackberry and berries, light spicy notes
Taste: elegant, delicately fruity, full-flavored with smooth supple tannins

Substantial meat dishes, grilled dark meats, game, wildfowl and spicy cheeses
