This wine is the product of an ideal combination of grape variety, soil and microclimate. Selected grapes from the best sites produce expressive, authentic and complex wines. The Chardonnay Kleinstein presents rich concentrated fruit, a pleasant opulence and well balanced acidity.

Vinification
Following gentle pressing of the grapes, the wine is partly fermented and allowed to rest on the lees in stainless steel tanks, while the rest undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Tasting notes
Color: sparkling straw yellow with golden hues
Aroma: exotic aromas of pineapple, mango and honeydew melon with a touch of passion fruit and notes of banana and vanilla
Taste: elegant and fresh with a well balanced acidity and delicious mineral notes

Fish, starters and vegetarian dishes, also as an aperitif
Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
