Vinification
After a short maceration, the dark mash is gently pressed. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel thanks and the finished wine is partially dealcoholized.

Aroma: delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry, with hints of almond biscuit and rose petals
Taste: fresh, elegant fullness with a harmonious taste
Food pairing
as an aperitif, with cold dishes, beef carpaccio, savory brioches with cream cheese, cold pasta dishes and couscous with fish.
