Vinification
After traditional fermentation of the must in stainless steel, the young wine matures in large oak barrels and in the bottle.
Tasting notes
Color: dark, intense ruby
Aroma: fruity aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and cranberry, and floral aromas of violets and red roses, dark chocolate and a light zesty note
Taste: full-bodied, intense yet elegant wine with fine tannins and a good freshness

Substantial grilled, roasted or braised meat dishes
Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
